Thank you for your interest in this project. Room for Dying is an interactive social practice project designed to foster open reflection on mortality. Below are the terms for participation. Please read carefully.
Your Choice to Participate
Participation in this project is completely voluntary. You may withdraw at any time without consequence.
You are welcome to engage in this experience whether or not you consent to documentation.
Respect & Conduct
This is a space for thoughtful reflection. Participants are expected to be respectful toward others and the artwork.
Harmful, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the project.
Privacy & Data Protection
Any personal information collected (such as contact details for scheduling) will be used only for project-related communication.
Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability
This project does not provide mental health counseling, medical advice, or end-of-life doula services.
The organizer is acting as an artist, not a medical or mental health professional. If you need support, please seek assistance from a qualified provider. If you require urgent medical help, call 911.
By participating, you acknowledge that any risks associated with your participation are your responsibility. The organizer is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation.
Consent for Documentation & Media
Participants may choose whether to have their reflections included in the project’s documentation. Your experience in this project is welcome whether or not you agree to documentation.
Changes to the Project
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the project, including these terms, at any time.
